HR Operation
Location - Powai Experience - 2-4 Years JD - Roles & Responsibilities include, but not limited to: - On -boarding, Off-boarding activities & data management for entire employee life cycle in the PeopleSoft HRMS system. Manage Leave Administration process for employees and generate standard leave report based upon SH requirement. - Employee References: Responding to requests from employees and third party - Generation of Confirmation letters. - Generation of Offer letters. - Reporting and presentation of findings of the reconciliation exercise to stakeholder. - Liase with Benefits team on pending invoices and regional payroll team on benefit payments. - Support preparing standardized reports, and fulfilJob tags
