Job description
- The candidate should have rich experience of 10-15 years handling B2B Sales.
- Proven experience in sales enablement, channel partner management, or a similar role within a B2B environment. - Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. - Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective sales training programs and materials. - Proficiency in using sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies. - Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and meet deadlines. - Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. - Skilled in training content development. - Adept at managing a team of 5+ Sales Trainers. - Skilled with 3+ years of experience in training. - Excellent communication skills. -Managed working in International geographies. - This project will entail working across geographies and therefore multiple time-zones Experience :- 15- 20 years Location :- Gurgaon/ Bangalore/ Mumbai / Ahmedabad Mode :-Full time Please share the profiles to [email protected]Job tags
