Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering interior design projects
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of furniture, materials, and finishes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Creative mindset with a passion for art and aesthetics
Roles And Responsibilities - Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion
- Develop design concepts and present to clients for approval
- Create detailed interior design plans, including layout, color schemes, materials, and finishes
- Select and source furniture, fixtures, and materials for projects
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques
- Ensure high standards of quality and client satisfaction
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals
