Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and results-driven individual to join our team as a Facebook E-commerce Ads Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic advertising campaigns on Facebook to drive e-commerce sales and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, a track record of successful e-commerce campaigns, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
Responsibilities:
A. Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies aligned with business goals and target audience.
- Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to optimize ad targeting.
B. Ad Creatives and Copywriting:
- Collaborate with the creative team to design visually appealing and compelling ad creatives.
- Craft engaging ad copy that resonates with the target audience and drives desired actions.
C. Budget Management:
- Manage and optimize ad budgets to achieve maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) and overall campaign efficiency.
- Monitor and adjust bids, targeting, and placements to meet performance goals.
D. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze key performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated, to evaluate campaign success.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, along with recommendations for improvement.
E. A/B Testing:
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience segments to identify high-performing elements.
- Iterate and optimize campaigns based on test results to continuously improve performance.
F. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features within the Facebook advertising ecosystem.
- Implement best practices and innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns for e-commerce businesses.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including audience targeting, ad creation, and budget optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and integrations is a plus.
- Facebook Blueprint Certification is desirable.
