Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst for Techno-Functional role, with experience in providing reporting/analytics solutions and implementation & support experience, who can work in a cross-functional, cross-geographic mode with key linkages to both Keysight and 3rd party providers (IT).This position will be responsible for the seamless and efficient delivery of reporting and analytics offerings and support the establishment of meaningful standard global reports to increase efficiency and deliver actionable insights to the organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Expertise in data visualization and analytical tools such as Spotfire, Incorta, Power BI and/ or Tableau , etc, how to optimize performance and customer experience.
• Advanced & relevant experience in Business Intelligence techniques (ETL development, data modelling, data mining, data warehousing & data visualization & reporting) with relevant domain experience in order management.
• Translate requirements for BI and Reporting to Database design and reporting design. You will work with various stakeholders to help discover, deliver, monitor, and enhance various reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Understanding data transformation and translation requirements and which tools to leverage to get the job done
• Able to manage global implementations of BI solutions with significant contribution in the overall techno-functional design of the system.
• Provide technical/Business consultation for creating and generating Order Management reports required for Keysight internally using Business Intelligence reporting tools
• Understanding data pipelines and modern ways of automating data pipeline
• Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages (Python, PySpark, Scala, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets

Job Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall experience working with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Math, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of relevant experience working with data visualization and analytical tools such as Spotfire, Tableau/Power BI (ETL development, data modelling, data mining, data warehousing & data visualization & reporting).
• Good to have server side development experience with ASP.NET.
• Database development with SQL Server along with Data modelling and data analysis skills is desirable. Requires proven skills in SSIS.
• Demonstrated involvement in end-to-end support & deployments of the following: Website, Window Application, Reporting Dashboard, Queries, ETL & Data warehouse.
• Experience in order management reports development using business intelligence tools (Salesforce, Incorta, Power BI etc.), and data analysis using Analytical Tools (MicroStrategy/Spotfire etc..) and Techniques will be an added advantage.
• Strong business acumen in corporate functions (such as order management & technology) is preferred
• Certifications in Spotfire/Tableau/Power BI/Agile is preferred
• Digitally savvy, able to navigate easily in a virtual world
