Job description

We are having an urgent requirement for the position of Purchase Executive/Manager for a Real Estate Developer at the Vashi location .

Job Description:

Collecting PR from all sites on a daily basis.
Collect the Quotation for the same from all the registered Vendors
Making comparison statement for the same & negotiate with the Vendors
Issue the Purchase order/Work Order to the Vendors or Suppliers along with Terms & Conditions
Follow up with Vendors & site Supervisors for the Delivery of material on time on respective sites
Verify all the challans received from the site on a Daily basis.
Submission of Bills along with PR/PO/WO & Challans
Checking of Purchase & Labour bills
