Electrical Maintenance Engineer

5 to 12 Year of Work experience in mentioned profile

Required Skill

Excellent work ethic and time management skills to complete jobs efficiently with minimal oversight.

Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when required.

Maintain active and current professional knowledge base by reading trade publications and networking with colleagues.

Proficient with CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Install new equipment according to customer requirements, and perform initial testing and optimization procedures to ensure correct and efficient operation.

Disassemble malfunctioning equipment when necessary to locate broken parts, and complete repairs using specialized tools.

Coordinate with other equipment technicians to improve integration of multiple systems within large buildings.

Tested malfunctioning equipment using diagnostic tools to isolate problem areas and create repair plan.

Earned excellent feedback from customers including high marks for efficient work and courteous manner.

Preventative/Predictive maintenance planning and scheduling

Team collaboration across multiple cross-functional areas

Equipment monitoring, analysis, diagnosis, and repair

Troubleshooting and problem-solving in a complex environment

Parts and supply ordering and inventory management

Corrective and reparative maintenance operations

Identifying and organizing for calibration of critical control instruments.

Cost control and continuous process improvement

Able to handle 440V, 220V AC 50Hz & 480-120-230 V 60 Hz supply & distribution

Able to handle the Shift

Equipment and component replacement and technical refreshes

Expertise to handle Beckhoff , Siemens , Omron make PLC automation

Expertise to handle Robot's & it's integration & installation

Expertise to handle the inward /outward section of spares part management

Follow the basic rule of Safety to handle the hazardous waste

Expertise to handle AGV's & other automation activities.
