About the Role:
Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and crosssell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
Coordinating presales and postsales followup.
Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling emailing and other lead generation activities.
Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
Possess solid expertise in Direct Sales and Enterprise Sales.
Experience in Multicountry Sales National Sales Sales Training and Community Management would be a strong advantage
You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
