Job description

Job Description:-

 Maintain material Inventory accuracy.

 Monthly Physical verification and reconciliation.

 Stock maintenance with identification tags.

 Taking follow-up for manpower arrangement to loading andunloading the materials.

 Coordinate with Purchase for receipt materials problems e.g. PO Rate,PO quantity.

 Verify new materials documents, unboxing the materials.

 Check physical quantity as per supplier invoice and PO.

 Preparation of Good Receipt Inspection Note (GRIN) in software systems.

 Verify material requirements as per weekly / monthly production plan.

 Materials issue entry in EDS system as per production materials request and process sheet.

 Issue materials to Production as per Process sheet, Pick List and update Process sheet and other relevant documentations.

 Maintain Stores 5s activity

 Verify email or written communication for subcontracting material movement from SC team.

 Verify scan copy of purchase order status for subcontractor. , then process further activities.

 Prepare Job work challan and Eway Bill in software system.

 Preparing Subcontract challan and taking sign on the same.

 Receipt of material along with required documents against purchase order or subcontracting.

 Handover SC GRIN copies to respective departments for QA inspection.

 Receipt of in-house rejection material along with NCR documents.

 Dispose of material as per management's directives from time to time.

 Prepare software-based delivery challan or purchase return document and send it to the supplier.

 Support activities for the Packing and Dispatch Department.

 Support to the Purchase department for arranging and communication with Transporters.
