Job description

Client Relationship Management: -
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and
professional responses via phone, email, watsapp or in person. - -
Develop and maintain positive relationships with our clients, addressing their
concerns, accommodating concerned parents, resolving issues, and ensuring
customer satisfaction.
Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and
promote additional services or class offerings.
• Class Scheduling and Coordination: -
Manage the scheduling and coordination of classes, workshops, or training sessions,
ensuring optimal utilization of resources and facilities. -
Collaborate with instructors, trainers, or external vendors to confirm availability and
secure appropriate dates, times, and locations for classes.

Prepare and distribute class schedules, updates, and reminders to participants,
instructors, and relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of class registrations, attendance, and any necessary
documentation.
Maintain repository of class projects and work products, share periodic feedback on
students, gather periodic feedback from students and parents
• Administrative Support: -
Organize and maintain databases, and other relevant records pertaining to customer
information, class schedules, and related documents. - -
Help onboard and offboard new employees and interns with all formalities, required
documentation and relevant asks
Collaborate with colleagues and provide support across various office functions
when required.
