Looking for Dynamic Engineering/Management Professionals (2023/2022 passed out ) for India's largest NBFC.

Position : Management Trainee

Job Description:

• Promising career in the field of financing- SME, Two-wheeler & Personal Loan, Deposits.
• Identification of right Customers, Customers interaction & relationship building.
• Establishing New Business Networks & achieving desired goals.
• Learn entire Gamut of Business activities.

Job Location : Across Hosur & Tirunelveli
Eligibility Criteria :

For Engineering :

• First Class BE/B.Tech with Minimum aggregate of 60% marks.
• Core branches like Mechanical, Automobile, Civil, EEE etc.
• Age Below 25 years i.e. born on or after 01.01.1999

For MBA/PGDM :

• First Class MBA/PGDM (2-year Regular Course only) with minimum aggregate of 60%.
• Age Below 25 years i.e. born on or after 01.01.1999

Compensation :

• Selected Candidates will be paid CTC of Rs. 2.94 to 3.18 lakhs per annum during Probation.
• After Successful Completion of 6 Months Probation , MTs will be confirmed as Assistant Manager or Equivalent Managerial Positions.

Interested candidates can Walk-in to any one of the location between 10:00 AM to 02.00 PM.
