Job description
We are looking for a very strong candidate on the business side. Someone who has a very strong work ethic and who will work with us. Strong Property & Casualty insurance industry experience on Duck Creek Policy required.
- Strong experience working as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a focus on Duck Creek Policy Administration system.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of MPL and Worker Compensation insurance products, processes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing the Duck Creek Policy Administration system.
- Familiarity with insurance industry standards and best practices, including policy lifecycle, underwriting, rating, and claims processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience in test planning and execution, including creating test cases and conducting system testing.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in Duck Creek Policy Administration system or insurance industry (e.g., ACORD) would be a plus.
- Understand the Personal lines and commercial lines product.
- Strong understanding of rating and strong experience on building raters.
- Does requirements / documentation / reporting. Data Gathering, Testing.
- Thought leadership in understanding our internal business tools that we are developing and providing feedback and enhancing the idea to the next level of efficiency.
- Business -Technical Liaison for all major clients of Aggne.
