Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Surat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing a sales team.
Qualifications
- Sales and marketing skills, including CRM tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Candidates should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Fluency in local languages will be an added advantage.
