As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients. Your main goal will be to ensure client satisfaction, drive sales, and grow revenue for the company.Qualifications and Skills1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the dental or healthcare industryProven track record in sales and account managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain relationshipsSelf-motivated and target-drivenProficient in MS OfficeKnowledge of dental restorative systems is a plusRoles and ResponsibilitiesManage and develop relationships with key accountsConduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide solutionsUpsell products and services to existing clientsIdentify new business opportunities within existing accountsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of productsProvide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaintsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activitiesPrepare sales reports and forecastsNight shift
