Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) - Sales

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Salary: Competitive with hike in CTC
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Duration: Permanent
Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and convert them into prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Provide excellent customer service and address client queries effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
Keep updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the education sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
