Achieve Individual and Boutique budget numbers Customer Experience Deliver Efficient Customer Service experience at boutique including correct estimations / timely updating clients on service product status CRM Identify and Develop customers with defined action plan Improve 3 channel data collection from clients Boutique Operations Strict adherence to brand standards and Retail Operations Manual Effective stock Management – Participation as per plan in Stock cycle counts, inventory control Actively participate in team briefings and achieve tasks defined by boutique manager Visual merchandising Reporting in system as per defined guidelines Ensure grooming as per brand standards Learning & Development Timely completion of learning tasks specified by trainer Build awareness on luxury Special Project – As assigned by BM / ROM eg.
