Job description
- Plan, develop, and maintain reports, models, and automation processes for the Customer Organisation.
- Provide analysis on customer segments and understand the drivers of their behaviours.
- Analyze large data sets to provide business output for relevant and targeted customer engagement strategies.
- Clean and process data for analysis/experimentation.
- Proactively examine opportunities and risks within the Customer Base, identifying patterns, trends, and understanding customer motivations and reactions.
- Work closely with the Customer Organisation Leadership team and Chief Customer Officer to build a Customer analytics roadmap.
- Lead analytics projects, dealing comfortably with ambiguity.
- Manage data and models for and iterate on existing Customer programs including but it limited to: NPS, Customer Health, Risk, Renewal.
Candidate Expertise Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis.
- Highly proficient in SQL with a solid understanding of database technologies.
- Experience using Python for data analysis.
- Sound understanding of statistics fundamentals
- Proven experience in creating data visualizations for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working within an Agile development environment.
- Previous Salesforce (Core or Marketing Cloud) experience.
- Experience using mathematical/statistical methods to create models and/or forecasts.
- Familiarity with statistical software e.g., R, Python.
- Experience with Azure.
- Experience in the SaaS sector
Skills and Experience Beneficial for This Role:
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
- Knowledge of machine learning systems.
- Experience with AWS (S3, Redshift, Athena, etc.).
- Familiarity with ETL Frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, AWS Glue).
- Experience in a similar role within a data-driven organization.
- Proven experience dealing with large, complex datasets and transforming data into actionable insights.
- Extensive understanding of core KPIs for measuring success.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.
