Job Description
• Entry and validation of expenses throughout the bank and quick books portal as day-to-day transactions.
• Prepare Bills, Invoices and Bank Deposits. Reconcile the account receivable ledger to ensure all the payments accounted for and properly posted.
• Overlooking to the invoices and timesheets, which will be shared by the team.
• Resolving the disputes in any case if they raised with in the process.
• Responsible for processing of On-cycle pay run for hourly and salaried contractors on Monthly basis for multi-state payrolls.
• Maintaining accurate records of sick leaves, Federal Holidays, Paid Time off and Vacation leaves.
• Taking care of new hires and terminations of consultants in Ceipal and other portals.
• Keeping track of payroll related adjustments (e.g. retro hours, project over, pay rate change, paycheck reversals and transfer cases).
• Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in W4- exemptions, Child Support, Wage garnishment, Job Titles etc.
Responsibility's
• Taking care of consultants queries related to their payrolls.
• Preparation of YTD (Year to Date), CV (Customer Vendor), P&L, Item profitability, BGC Cost Reconciliations, Bank reports.
• Monitor time sheet entry in QuickBooks for payroll processing.
• Monitor invoicing activities for services rendered on weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly & special billing in QuickBooks and Ceipal.
• Record payments by entering them into QuickBooks (Payment Application).
• Preparation of Insurance Invoices on monthly basis.
• Responsible for generating checks through QuickBooks (Enterprise) as per Business requirements.
• Entering hours and creation of bills in QuickBooks for vendor payments.
• Setting up Vendor profile in QuickBooks.
• Preparation and releasing of AP payments via ACH by updating in QuickBooks.
• Reconcile books with bank statement on daily basis (Bank Reconciliation statements).
• Understanding of compliance requirements of an outd account.
