Job Description:
·Ready to work in shifts as Shift Security Officer and report to Lead Security of the respective plant.
·Shiftwise deployment of all outsourced Security, HK, Courier, Horticulture & Pest Control staff.
·Ensures all laid down procedures related to Personnel, Material & Vehicular Movements are followed at the gate strictly.
·Daily Monitoring of Staff Movements in respective shifts.
·Smooth execution of Orders from Management / Seniors.
·Carry out area patrolling in the respective plants & report observations.
·Conducts surprise checking of vehicles, personnel & materials and reports to Lead Security.
·Prepare Daily Shift Wise Situation Report and send it to Lead Security.
·Ability to handle emergencies at the plant.
