JOB SUMMARY

1. Manage and administer all aspects of our HR technology systems, including but not limited to HRIS, ATS, performance management, payroll, and employee self-service portals.

2. Analyze existing HR processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and improvement using technology solutions.

3. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement, configure, and customize HR technology solutions to meet the organization's needs.

4. Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to HR systems and technology.

5. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR technology, and recommend enhancements or new solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

6. Develop and deliver training programs to educate HR staff and end-users on how to utilize HR technology effectively.

7. Ensure data integrity and security within HR systems, including managing access controls and permissions.

8. Partner with vendors and external consultants as needed for system upgrades, integrations, and other projects.

9. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate data exchange between HR systems and other business systems.

10. Support HR reporting and analytics initiatives by generating reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to inform decision-making.

Desired Qualifications & Background

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certifications are a plus.

2. Proven experience (5+ years) working in HR technology or HRIS administration roles.

3. In-depth knowledge of HR processes and regulations, with a focus on leveraging technology to improve efficiency and compliance.

4. Experience with HR technology systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, ADP, or similar platforms.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.

6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

8. Experience with project management methodologies and tools is preferred.

9. Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.

10. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
