Job Description :

As a PPC Specialist you will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing payperclick advertising campaigns across various platforms. Your expertise in paid search and display advertising will contribute to driving targeted traffic conversions and ROI for our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs):

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

Develop comprehensive PPC strategies aligned with business goals and target audience.

Identify target keywords demographics and platforms for advertising.

Ad Creation and Copywriting:

Write compelling ad copy and headlines that drive clicks and conversions.

Design and optimize ad creatives for various platforms.

Campaign Execution:

Set up and launch PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads Bing Ads social media and more.

Implement tracking and conversion goals to measure campaign effectiveness.

Bid Management and Optimization:

Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids to optimize for desired outcomes.

Conduct A/B testing on ad variations to improve clickthrough rates and conversions.

Keyword Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and highperforming keywords.

Refine keyword lists based on search trends and performance data.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze campaign data to assess performance identify trends and provide actionable insights.

Generate regular reports for stakeholders highlighting key metrics and recommendations.

Budget Management:

Monitor campaign budgets and allocate funds effectively to maximize ROI.

Make datadriven decisions on budget adjustments based on performance.

Stay Updated and Innovate:

Stay informed about the latest PPC trends tools and best practices.

Test new strategies and approaches to drive continuous improvement.

MustHave Skills:

35 years of handson experience in PPC advertising preferably in an agency or fastpaced environment.

Proficiency in using PPC platforms such as Google Ads Bing Ads and social media ad platforms.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.

Experience with keyword research and campaign targeting strategies.

Excellent written communication skills for ad copywriting.

Resultsoriented mindset and ability to drive conversions within budget constraints.

GoodtoHave Skills:

Google Ads certifications (e.g. Google Ads Fundamentals Search Advertising Display Advertising).

Experience with remarketing and audience segmentation strategies.

Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Familiarity with bid management tools and thirdparty PPC management platforms.

Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.

Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Business or related field preferred.
