Job Description-

• Developing and implementing performance marketing strategies: This includes setting marketing objectives, Target Audience and creating and executing online and offline campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement and conversion.
• Analysing and tracking campaign performance: The Performance Marketing Manager will use analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, identify trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams & marketing agencies: This includes working closely with the creative, product, and technology teams to ensure that campaigns align with business goals and are delivered on time.
• Managing advertising budgets: The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing advertising budgets, ensuring that spend is allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
• Tracking and analysing campaign performance: This includes regularly reviewing campaign data and using analytics tools to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
• Optimizing campaigns: The performance marketing manager is responsible for continuously refining and optimizing campaigns to improve results and meet changing business needs.
• Staying up to date with industry trends: The Performance Marketing Manager should stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the performance marketing industry, and use this knowledge to develop new strategies and campaigns.
