Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the entire incorporation process, addressing queries and concerns.
- Collect and review client information and documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and file required documents with government agencies for compliance.
- Monitor and track incorporation applications, addressing issues promptly.
- Collaborate internally to resolve legal or compliance matters during the process.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to business incorporation.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Document all client interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
- Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes for improved efficiency.
Requirements:
- Semi-Qualified CS, Semi-Qualified CA with completed internship
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field. Additional certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in incorporation services or similar roles in legal or consulting firms.
- Deep understanding of legal and compliance requirements for business incorporation.
- Familiarity with various business structures and entity types.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling complex documentation.
- Excellent English communication skills (Oral/Written)
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly resolve issues.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Zoho Projects, and other relevant software.
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
