Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the entire incorporation process, addressing queries and concerns.
• Collect and review client information and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and file required documents with government agencies for compliance.
• Monitor and track incorporation applications, addressing issues promptly.
• Collaborate internally to resolve legal or compliance matters during the process.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to business incorporation.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Document all client interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes for improved efficiency.

Requirements:

• Semi-Qualified CS, Semi-Qualified CA with completed internship
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field. Additional certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in incorporation services or similar roles in legal or consulting firms.
• Deep understanding of legal and compliance requirements for business incorporation.
• Familiarity with various business structures and entity types.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling complex documentation.
• Excellent English communication skills (Oral/Written)
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly resolve issues.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Zoho Projects, and other relevant software.
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
