Food and Beverage Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Food and Beverage Manager. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee all aspects of food service operations, including managing the kitchen team, creating and managing budgets, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards, training staff, and maintaining excellent customer service.

• Expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
• Experience in budgeting and managing costs for food and beverage operations
• Proven customer service experience with strong communication skills
• Training experience including creating and delivering training programs for kitchen staff and servers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts or Business Administration.
• Experience in sports and/or event services preferred
