Job description
Responsibilities
. Complete ownership of the respective process
. Coordinates with process owners across the in-scope locations (EMEA, Americas, APAC)
. Anchors the key internal and external meetings
. Owns delivery responsibility and SLA responsibility for F&A operations
. Guides the team towards the objectives of the engagement and review of performance
. Validates process reengineering results
. Provide single point interface for Client into respective process delivery matters
. Responsible for delivering the agreed productivity benefits/gain share
Technical and Professional Requirements:
. Graduate in Management / Certified Accountants/Postgraduates
. At least 8+ years of relevant post qualification experience with at least 3 years of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment
. Good people management skills and ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve required goals
. Should have at least 4-5 years of experience handling client operations for F&A clients
. Experience in managing client relationships and addressing issues
. Strong Organizational & problem-solving skills
. Experience in working in a co-located model will be an added advantage
