(Team Manager- WFH for Bhopal Location)
Urgent requirement for Team Manager- WFH for Bhopal Location in Optico Solutions Pvt Ltd.
Qualification: - Graduate.
Exp: - 2-5 Yrs. Preference team handling experience
Location: Work from home- Bhopal
Flexible Timings: - 9.30 AM to 6:30 PM. 1st and 3rd Saturday off. Must have own Laptop/Desktop with Internet Connection.
Salary: depends on the experience + Attractive Incentives and variable allowances
Experience: 1.Must have team handling experience. Checking team member daily progress, improve performance and internal hiring
2.TenderBid management experience. Helping team for tender submission and visiting client as per tender scope
3.Good communication skills and excellent knowledge of computer for MS excel, emails, WhatsApp chat, etc.
4.Meeting with client office and building good trust with client
5.Knowledge of Office setup, office management, site visit and work as per management direction
