Job Title: Graphic Designer 7pm - 4am IST (US Shift) REMOTE
Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various digital and print media. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet the company's visual standards. Responsibilities: Conceptualize and Create Designs: Develop creative and innovative design concepts for various projects. Design engaging and effective graphics for digital and print materials, including but not limited to social media posts, websites, brochures, banners, and advertisements. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project objectives and requirements. Incorporate feedback from team members to refine designs and achieve a cohesive visual identity. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms. Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of brand visual elements. Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously improve skills and stay ahead of the curve. Apply current design trends to create modern and relevant visuals. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Provide accurate time estimates for the completion of design tasks. File Management: Organize and maintain design files, ensuring they are easily accessible and well-structured for future reference. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of printing processes and specifications is a plus. Additional Requirements: A passion for design and creativity. Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow as a designer.
