QA/QC Executive - Chokhi Dhani Foods

About the Role In this quality-focused role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You'll be responsible for conducting thorough inspections at various stages of the production process, from ingredient selection to final packaging. Responsibilities Conduct quality control checks on incoming raw materials, verifying freshness, quality, and adherence to specifications. Inspect food products throughout production for consistency, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations. Implement and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring adherence to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) principles. Monitor and document production processes, identifying and reporting any potential quality issues. Work collaboratively with production teams to implement corrective actions and improve overall quality standards. Maintain accurate records of all inspections, tests, and findings. Stay updated on food safety regulations and best practices. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the food industry. Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control roles within the food industry, with specific experience in online food production preferred. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and standards, such as HACCP, GMP, and FSMA. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
