The Role:

• Looking to hire Territory Manager (Retail Sales Experience, Channel Expansion, Retailer network) with an experience in channel sales/ Dealers & Distributors .
• Creating business strategies to meet the revenue numbers, attract new customers, and enhance profitability.t
• Must have complete knowledge of the local areas of the District
• Must be a hustler and a smart communicator
• Should be comfortable with travelling four to five days in a week
• Needs to keep a check on the sales numbers and improvise accordingly
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Conducting market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness
• Most importantly, we are looking for passionate intrapreneurs who want to work at the grass root level, drive impact in India's biggest sector & Help Farmers Win

Qualifications we look for:

• Graduation in Bsc Agriculture
• 3 to 6 years of experience in Agriculture industry.
• Preferred undergrad or master's degree in Agriculture
• Prior experience of managing a team of sales professionals
• Passionate about sales and driving revenue
• Excellent communication skills
