Job description

Overview:

Facility management – Housekeeping, pantry running, electricity, AHU, water management, parking, space utilization and management, Coordination with building management team, Facility related compliances, Vendor management, Security management Transport management

Responsibilities:

Manages the facility in terms of running and upkeep for pantry services, electricity, water management, AHU and parking. Negotiates the purchase of office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc. for the entire staff in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions. Ensures that the facility meets government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements. Negotiates and monitors contracts with vendors of office equipment and services. Supervises the maintenance of office equipment and services, including copier, fax machine, coffee/water machine, ice machines, etc. Coordinates any support real estate team need on site with future space build out/remodel with architect, general contractors, construction staff, and property management. Supervises the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities. Addresses or troubleshoots building related problems with property management. Supervises the parking and transport processes. Supervises the office visits and ensures all support related to meals, transport etc is provided. Manages the office physical security team, shifts, rotations and sets up processes. Provides a secure workplace through confirming/controlling admittance of guests. Works on various global projects and with multiple stakeholders Helps organize internal and external office events This list of responsibilities may not be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

Degree educated or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Exposure to Information security certification and practices ISO 27001, Business Continuity certification and practices ISO 22301 physical security management practices Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Should be able to collaborate and work with teams Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques. Ability to work occasional irregular hours
