Job description

1.Key Account Management

- Managing existing customer accounts with a view to maximizing customer satisfaction. Fielding and responding to incoming sales enquiries with the intent of maximizing their sales potential whilst delivering the best possible service to customers. Plus Coordinate between Factory and Customer for smooth transition. Coordinating with Internal Suppliers. Up selling & Cross Selling. 2.Process Management

- International Marketing & Export Documentation Mode of dealing with the customers( Dealers/ Retailers, OEM's or through Agents). Proper understanding of Pre & Post Shipment Docs. CRM Knowledge (Good to Have). 3.Factory Coordination

- Knowledge and experience of Bridging gap between company & Customers. Ensure customer timelines from production to dispatch. Managing the entire process.
