Job description
Develop and execute the training programs for our production and service staff, including designing curriculum, materials, and assessments.
Deliver training sessions on the production and service, including brewing methods, espresso preparation, and latte art, among others. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and continuously improve the quality of our coffee training programs. Develop and maintain training records and track employee progress, ensuring that all staff is trained to the highest standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, service, and marketing, to ensure that coffee training programs align with business objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in production and service, and incorporate new techniques and practices into training programs. Develop relationships with industry professionals and participate in coffee competitions and events to further develop knowledge and skills.
