Job description

This role will require you to work closely with the leadership team to plan sales and growth strategies for Market Research services. We are looking for sales professionals having a hunter mindset with a proven track record of building deep client relationships and account penetration.

Roles and Responsibilities Develop short- and long-term game plans to grow the business line, market expansion, and revenue generation. Identify business opportunities by hunting and qualifying prospects. Own the corporate relationships and business targets. Generate a healthy sales funnel month on month that converts to revenue aligning to the monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue goals. Generate leads through various channels, networking and driving our growth numbers. Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions and helping prospects make informed decisions. Liaise and communicate client needs/requirements with business units. Ensure that sales management and CRM tools are optimally leveraged

Experience & Qualification 4+ years of experience in sales and account management in the market research industry. An entrepreneurial mindset, passion for building things, working towards a shared goal, and ownership of outcomes. Experience working closely and communicating effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders in an ever-changing, rapid-growth environment. Analytical acumen and thought leadership, paired with an agile mindset and can-do attitude.
