: Mumbai Based Full Time : Sales Marketing ManagerforMumbai Experience: Min 2 years experience needed To work with the Director to identify market opportunity and develop corresponding marketing strategies and annual marketing plans for the titles, increasing sales , amongst the target audience. To manage the A&P budget on an ongoing basis. To lead and support initiatives across media such as print, outdoor and online To lead/ support the conceptualization, organization and execution of signature events for brands, movies , and celebrities To undertake and/ or oversee key research initiatives to develop a stronger understanding of the categories and the brands. To manage relationships with agencies, suppliers and vendors as per the legal and administrative[AK1] policies and increase business for the company To understand the business environment, track and monitor the competition on an ongoing basis. To prepare presentations on all/ any of the above as required for internal and external audiences. To manage and monitor various categories of brands and prepare plan to reach out to them to market and pitch company services Manage the p&l for themselves to acheive targets Internal Managing databases with research of all trends , categories of brands Up to date news tracking and maintaining research to help sales External Advertisers & partner brands digital and sister agencies to generate new business Business development and sales of various businesses of the company Requirements: Knowledge of branding, promotion and communications concepts Outstanding communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written Strong influencing and interpersonal skills with experience in interacting at a senior level and with multiple stakeholders from diverse backgrounds High creative bent of mind Problem solving ability and attitude Problem solving approach Ability to independently execute small and medium projects Attention to detail Fashion/ lifestyle orientation Digital Marketing Duties and responsibilities may be adjusted based on years of experience. Salary is also commensurate with experience.
