Roles amp; Responsibilities: - End-to-end ownership of Robot production/assembly amp; Quality Assurance function
- Responsible for daily assembly plant operations to ensure all relevant SLAs are met with respect to project delivery timelines
- Ensuring conformance of manufactured products to Quality and Design specifications
- Manage workflow of robot assembly, oversee the completion of activities and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Collaborate with a cross functional team to ensure seamless production.
- Develop MIS dashboards and monitor all operational KPIs for production and quality assurance functions
- Design amp; develop standard operating procedures for production amp; quality assurance
Requirements - Strong command over management of plant operations amp; quality assurance functions
- Job requires extensive cross-functional collaboration
- Structured amp; analytical thinking
- Good knowledge of industrial engineering, electro-mechanical assembly operations amp; quality control
- Good understanding of electronic components amp; EMS
Good To Have - Knowledge about Robotic and warehouse industry.
- Black belt in six sigma
Eligible Candidates - Desired Qualification: B Tech - Electronics/Mechatronics engineering
- Work Experience: 5-10 Years
