Job description
Experience in Exchange to O365 migrationTechnical background with Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policies, OUs etc for on Prem / Cloud Encompass strong listening and interpersonal skills.Ability to solve complex problems, a big picture mentality, and an aptitude to visualize the solution.Maintain technical credibility within the Microsoft field through demonstration of thought leadership, including maintaining up to date industry certifications.Manage multiple engagements simultaneously.Work collaboratively with internal product and engineering organizations during the development, launch, and continued refinement of products and solutions.Provide expert technical architectural support and guidance for solution opportunities that involve Microsoft end user computing, and integration with certain select third party products.Participate in the audit process to understand security portfolio, technical objectives, and configuration changes.Develop and release sales, technical, and service delivery collateral including deployment guides, best practices, 'As Built' documents, and solution reference architectures, SOPs etc.Collaborate with IT Leadership team and build collateral.Create technology solutions and participate in services engineering activities such as proof-of concepts, pilots, use case development, Licensing and solution validation.Support team with delivery management and practice management.Contribute to frameworks, develop reusable solutions, and mentor internal and external stakeholders on the use of the solutions.Act as a lead technologist and maintain a broad understanding of all cloud infrastructure (Microsoft) technologies.
