Job description
We are looking for Plant Head for a listed paper manufacturer.
Job Profile:
Plant operations and management
Overseeing the maintenance of equipment building plant security and protection
Monitoring and testing various plant processes
Controlling costs to achieve budgetary goals for the company
Developing a preventive maintenance programme
Setting performance goals and expectations
Determining important key performance indicators and measuring them regularly
Staying up to date with the latest production trends technology and best practices
Building trustworthy relationships with employees
Participating in various manufacturingrelated activities such as quality productivity safety innovation supply management and ontime shipping
Ensuring smooth daytoday operations of the manufacturing plant
Requirements :
Any Diploma / Graduate / Post Graduate in Paper Technology
8 years of plant experience
Min 2 years as a plant manager for duplex paper industry
Good Knowledge of Plant Equipment and Machinery ERP Systems and Computers.
Excellent manmanagement supervision and presentation skills.
Versatility in communication / languages job skills and handson approach to the manufacturing processes
