Who are we?We're a startup building a wealth-tech platform, with the goal of making investments easy, intelligent, and quick (while letting users retain most of their daily trading habits). We aim to bring a user's complete e2e investment journey on a single platform (from identifying investment opportunities to executing final trade)This is a full-time opportunity based in Gurgaon. 5 days working with high paced development culture.We are looking for someone who loves building and nurturing product. Ownership driven and self motivated person.Responsibilities :1. Creation and prioritization of the roadmap of the products you own.2. Work with the UI/UX and design to provide a world-class front-end experience. You will be responsible for wireframes, user flow, heatmap analysis, A/B testing, Impact analysis, and competitive analysis.3. Coordinate with multiple teams and management for the closure of requirements, design, and Impact4. Develop a strong understanding of the company's business, industry, customers' pain points, competition strengths and weaknesses, and the broad market5. Provide detailed product requirements, work on Jira, Trello, and other product suits, and collaborate with marketing, analytics, design, testing, CRM, and engineering teams.6. Monitor teach implementation and ensure delivery of appropriate quality and in line with target dates7. Measure implementation through pre and post-impact on product metrics.Skills and Experience :1. Minimum 7 years experience in product management.2. Minimum 2 years in building/scaling mobile app-based products (only for App product managers)3. Ability to write and communicate your thoughts and ideas effortlessly4. Passionate about users who feel the pain of every customer/user. Ability to assign a dollar value to each pain point and prioritize.5. Minimalist in Design and Solution, Iterative in Approach, data-driven in decision making6. Should create prototypes and flow charts/user flow diagrams using tools like Balsamiq and InVision7. Hands-on experience with Analytics tools (GA, Clevertap) or Similar8. Have excellent problem solving and analytical skills9.
