Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Application Engineer (FAE) to join our team in supporting our defence and aerospace customers. The FAE will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, conducting product training, and developing new applications for our products.
Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Conduct product training for customers and sales teams
• Develop new applications for our products in the defense and aerospace industries
• Work with customers to identify and qualify new business opportunities
• Prepare technical documentation, such as application notes and white papers
• Stay up-to-date on the latest defense and aerospace industry trends and technologies
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a FAE or in a similar technical role
• Experience in the defense and aerospace industries
• Strong understanding of electrical and/or electronics engineering principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
