We, at The Con Artists, are always on the hunt for the next big talent in media be it photographers, cinematographers, video/photo editors or team leads to handle our growing operations. We are currently seeking visionary and talented individuals who are passionate about weddings, and their craft, and can lead teams to make their storytelling vision come to reality.
Job Description: As a Wedding Photographer with us, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, and storytelling skills, build teams that you can grow with, and experiment with your artistic ideas. You will be responsible for capturing and editing wedding films that go beyond the ordinary, creating extraordinary cinematic experiences for our clients.
Growing in these roles would mean learning people management skills, coaching your teams to upgrade skills, taking care of end-to-end delivery of products and client communication, and moving towards a lead role that needs more than just photography skills.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the team to plan and execute wedding shoots
Capture high-quality photos during wedding events
Edit and post-produce marketing films to create captivating and unique narratives
Ensure timely deliveries to clients exceeding their expectations with, the help of editors
Coaching, Leading, and directing your team or freelancers and helping them grow along in their career journey
Stay up to date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve your craft
Lead teams with examples
Achieve shared goals with the teams and organization that align with your own career goals
Qualifications:
Proficient in shooting and editing wedding photo
Exceptional communication skills in English and Telugu
Charismatic personality with a practitioner mindset
Ability to crack good jokes and create a vibrant atmosphere
An insatiable hunger for personal and professional growth
Strong educational background in Arts or Management

Internship Opportunities(Paid): If you are passionate about weddings, storytelling, and the camera but have little or no experience in cinematography, we can offer internship opportunities to a few young applicants.
