Job Title: Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
Job Location: Sector 66, Gurugram, Haryana
Employment Type: Full Time, Work from Office
Experience Required : Minimum 12 Years
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the product architect, providing strategic and technical leadership.
· Oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions.
· Drive innovation and guide the technology roadmap.
· Lead a team in utilizing Node.js and React for product development.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.
· Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the technology infrastructure.
· Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
· Expertise in Digital Marketing Integration.
· Knowledge of Data Security and Privacy.
· Collaboration with Marketing Teams/Non-technical teams
· Adaptability and Learning in Digital Marketing
· Disaster Recovery and System Reliability
· Additionally, focusing just on NodeJs and ReactJs. Ensure the database knowledge skills and DevOps skills too.
· Infrastructure Cost Management.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 12 years of experience in technology roles.
· Proven expertise in product architecture and development.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Hands-on experience with Node.js and React technologies.
· Ability to align technology strategies with business objectives.
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
