As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing email marketing strategies to optimize engagement and conversion rates. Responsibilities: Design and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp and Apollo platforms. Develop segmented email lists based on customer demographics, behaviors, and preferences. Create compelling and relevant email content including copy, graphics, and calls-to-action. Monitor email campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content and delivery timing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing strategies with overall marketing objectives. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in email marketing to drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience with email marketing platforms, specifically Mailchimp and Apollo. Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Excellent written communication and copywriting skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
