Job Overview We are hiring for the role of Factory Compliance Audit in A L Paper House. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. This is a full-time position.
Qualifications And Skills - 4-6 years of experience in factory compliance audits
- Knowledge of general compliances related to manufacturing and export
- Familiarity with certifications like FSC, CTPAT, BSCI, and Sedex
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in using compliance databases and software
Roles And Responsibilities - Conduct factory compliance audits to ensure adherence to legal and industry standards
- Evaluate processes and procedures to identify areas of improvement
- Review documentation related to manufacturing, export, and general compliances
- Assess and monitor environmental, social, and health & safety practices
- Manage and maintain compliance databases and records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry best practices
- Provide compliance training to employees as needed
