Position Overview
- Managing resources and schedules on IK's learning management system
- Conceptualizing, planning and executing key projects for the Customer Success team
- Responsible for appraisals and performance management
- Mentoring and Training team members, new joiners, and trainees.
- Deliver assigned tasks and projects as seen fit by the business
- A lot of emailing/calender-ing/spreadsheet-ing
- Customer support and customer success
- This will be an Individual contributor role
