Work location: Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park)

Mode: Complete Work from Office (Monday - Friday)

Please apply only if you flexible for US Shift (6 PM to 3 AM)

Experience : 2 to 5 Years Max

Due to the nature of this role, the ability to work night shifts is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US business hours and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members located in different time zones.

Technical Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the technical team.

• Assist project managers and engineers with project tasks, including data collection, report preparation, and documentation.

• Maintain and update records, databases, and project documents.

• Organize and schedule meetings with project stakeholders.

• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders.

• Manage and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries.

• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external partners.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Monitor and maintain equipment and systems.

• Perform initial troubleshooting on issues reported by field engineers or clients

• Involve the next level support when necessary to address issues on time and prevent further delays.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.

• Assist with research and development of new technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/Bcom etc.) or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in call center environments, with a preference for international (inbound) call centers.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

• Familiarity with documentation and project management methodologies.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Should be able to work in a 24/7 work environment to cater to US business hours.

• Possession of certifications in Infrastructure Management such as ITIL, CCNA, or A+ is highly desirable.( Good to
