Big 4 is hiring for the position of Agile Coach / Scrum Master for Bangalore location1. B. Tech/ BE minimum 10-16 years of total experience including significant experience being a Scrum Master and 4-6 years in Agile Coachinga) Effective able to drive learning culture through workshops, meetings and gamification techniquesb) Has a deep understanding of communication, group dynamics and organizational culture2. Should have formal and/or informal education about coaching and strong mentor relationships3. Should have background of project management4. Should have experience of managing large teams with size of 100 people and budget of 1 million USD5. Should be aware and leverages a rich set of facilitation, training and coaching tools, and models and knows when to apply them6. Listen and support teams in problem identification and decision-making7. Create an environment of mutual influence Understand and empathize with others8. Encourage and support the personal development of each individual and the development of teams9. Experience in product backlog management tools is highly desirable10. One or more of certifications such as SAFe, LeSS, CSP, PSM-II, CEC, SPC, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF is a plus11. Should have experience in implementing one or more Scaling Agile frameworks (ref:hirist.tech)
