Gulbrandsen is a global chemical manufacturing company specialising in cost efficient and high-quality chemical solutions for a range of applications supported by strong R&D facilities. Roles and Responsibilities; • Conducting HAZOP, WHAT IF, HAZID, QRA, JSA, HAC, LOPA, and other related Safety & Risk surveys. • Upkeeping of process safety management. • Good Experience in understanding P&IDs with respect to various equipment, instruments and processes and ability to review P&IDs from a safety perspective and provide comments to the design team. • Must have experience in Responsible Care, Legal Compliance (Factories Act), PESO etc. • Design and develop program audits, safety programs and guide leaders on the development and implementation of operational safety strategies and initiatives. • Responsible for planning and handling level 1 and level 3 transport emergencies. • Perform assessments, surveys, audits and safety walks. • Evaluating data to determine compliance. • Develop, review and approve work practices to ensure incident-free operation of the manufacturing sites. • Looking after overall production and technical safety related to plant.
