Job description
We are looking for a Sales / Business Development Manager to bring in new business selling our IT Consulting services.
- Inside / Outside Sales Relationship building with corporates customers , Business development , Understand Technical requirement of customer, making presentation to client, Developing Sales Projection Plan, Execute orders, Customer Satisfaction, Negotiate & close order. - Proactive, with the ability to work well independently and as a team. - Job shall also involve making detailed proposals and commercial terms sheet for each of the contacted client. - Develop and maintain excellent relationships with new leads and existing clients. - Execute the sales process from finding leads, identifying opportunities to contract execution. - Hire, train, deploy and expand the Inside Sales Team. - Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. - Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure it s strong presence. - Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. - Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. - Should have excellent communication skills, Good personality Interested. Desired Candidate Profile : - Strong hunter attitude and work-ethic with the ability to strategically prospect and identify key stakeholders. - 3+years experience as a Sales Manager, or in other sales/implementation role - The drive and energy to handle multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities. - Enthusiastic, engaged and passionate about sales and the tech industry - Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships - The ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process - Candidate , B.tech/MBA,MCA will be preferred.Job tags
