Job Title: Eco-Friendly Architectural Designer

We are looking for an experienced architect with a passion for green design to join our team. Job Overview: We are seeking a talented architect with a strong design background and expertise in creating architectural drawings, 3D modeling, and construction documents. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and an understanding of the importance of using eco-friendly materials in construction. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and goals for their building project. Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval. Create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and construction documents. Select and specify materials that are environmentally sustainable and fit the client's budget. Ensure that all designs meet local building codes and regulations. Coordinate with construction teams to ensure that the building is constructed according to the design specifications. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in sustainable design and materials. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field. At least 8 years of experience as an architect. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software. Excellent design and drawing skills. Strong understanding of sustainable building practices and eco-friendly materials. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
