Job description
Job Responsibilities -
Reporting to Maintenance Manager-BTC,ensuring reliability of BTC equipment's through PM, PdM and breakdown maintenance activities through PO RE methodology: -
. Leader for Reliability Activities of BTC from Electrical function
. Manage Capex & operations activities of Electrical Maintenance in BTC
. Shift management of entire Electrical team
. Coordinating within the Business Team and working on HPT.
Reliability:
. Leading the upgradation of absolute system for Reliability enhancement
. Implementation and follow up of Strategic Countermeasures
. Monitor and analysis for breakdown of Tire Building Machines
. Site improvement activities
. Responsible to control the consumption oil, grease, cotton waste and spare parts.
. To develop the Contingency parts for sustenance
. Responsible to control spillage and Leakages during the maintenance.
. Carry out planned maintenance and predictive maintenance.
Plant Optimization:
. To drive RE/WPO pillar under Plant Optimization in BTC
